The statement “love yourself” is becoming more and more widespread….and we probably think that just saying it is enough to make love happen.
It’s not really like that: loving yourself goes through a profound process that only meditation and inner exploration can make happen.
The two courses offered by the SELF-LOVE PROGRAM represent two interconnected and fundamental steps for everyone’s evolutionary process.
You can attend only one, but if you book both you can get a benefit.
SELF-ESTEEM: Recognize Your Value 10-14 April 2024
“A tremendous calamity has happened to humanity, and the calamity has been brought by your so-called religious founders, by your so-called great moral leaders, your politicians, your priests, your professors; because for centuries these people have been telling you that as you are, you are not worthy enough.”
OSHO, Mani Padme Hum
In this workshop you are guided in shedding light on how you value yourself. Identify the obstacles that prevent you from having confidence in your qualities. I discovered how to stay in touch with them, giving security to your value.
Being in a group facilitates greater awareness of the internal “voices” that denigrate who you are.
The meditation techniques are an integral part of the work, as it is precisely during the moment of meditation that the integration of the profound understandings that this work helps to have takes place.
A new terrain is created on which to cultivate one’s true, completely unique nature, which only you can discover by assimilating the strength of true self-esteem.
TRANSFORMING JUDGMENTS 12-16 June 2024
Osho helps us become aware of the mind’s continuous judging by telling us that judgments close us off, there is a kind of death in them, that we lose sensitivity and with it also the possibility of growth. When we judge we shrink, we get stuck, we stop flourishing. And so the best thing is to be courageous enough to stop judging, even if it is a difficult, seemingly impossible thing.
In this workshop you learn that there is a real possibility of changing the pattern that makes you relentlessly judge everything and everyone.
The more we are able to circumvent this modality so inherent in each of us, the more likely it is that our mental and emotional energies will be relieved of burdens and feelings of guilt deep within us.
You are provided with the necessary tools to make judging become an object of conscious attention, discovering that we gain more love towards ourselves and others.
” Your own judgments will kill you. You have never thought about it … whenever you are judging somebody, you are judging yourself also; if you condemn somebody as a thief, you are condemning yourself also. You may have done many kinds of stealing.”
OSHO, I Celebrate Myself
