This is the first time that Krish and Amana are offering this seminar. It is six days and the first three days the women and men will be in separate rooms and then three days together in the same room.
It is special for women and men to work separately as it creates a unique space to explore specific issues.
In the days that we will be separate, we will be exploring personal empowerment including:
- The difference between the wounded and the empowered states of being
- The castration wound and how it shows up differently for men and women
- The roots of disempowerment in childhood and adolescence and how to change the models of self-love and trust that we developed from those experiences
- How the relationship between both men and women has been contaminated with comparison and competition.
- The positive and negative male and female qualities in each person and how to nourish the positive qualities.
In the days together, we will be exploring relationship empowerment, including:
- How to come out of the negative habits of resentment, blame, and rage by learning to deal with these emotions in a healthy way and taking responsibility.
- How to transform the relationships models that we developed as a child
- Learning healthy boundaries
- The balance between aloneness and togetherness.
Each participant has the opportunity to explore how they can create and sustain a good foundation for healthy and lasting intimacy and to learn practical and supporting tools.
In their workshops, Krishnananda and Amana use a combination of teaching, sharing their own experience in being in a loving relationship for many years, guided meditations, experiential structures and sharing.
This workshop is open to anyone 18 years or older – both couples and those who are not in a couple who are sincerely interested in learning about intimacy.
The atmosphere that Krishnanada and Amana create is safe, warm, loving, deep, and inspiring.
All of the seminars of the Learning Love Institute combine teaching, Osho meditations, guided meditations and sharing, presented with spaciousness, gentleness, and openness.
We recommend reading this text written by Krishnanada and Amana: “The Flow of Love” (Also available in Italian, German, Spanish, and Chinese).
“Man and woman both together, moving positively, are one whole. And the real couple is one in which each has joined the other in a positive way.” OSHO, The Book of Wisdom
