Voicing© Intensive – Essence through the voice – is an intense work that helps to reactivate and use all the functions that the voice has. A deep work in which the uniqueness of the voice of every single individual is recognized. Getting the voice free from judgments and cultural conditioning which limit the energy flow. It is a work of inner growth because in Voicing© Intensive we take responsibility for all the energetic forms present in us, even those relegated to the shadows because they are considered frightening.
During the Voicing© Intensive course every emotion, every state of mind is expressed with its own sound quality, even if the “texture” of the sound is different for each individual. From the direct and shameless expression of every emotion, to the transformation of energy blockages, from the reactivation of creativity to the reawakening of the spiritual longing to meditation, Voicing© is a method for rediscovering one’s essence through the voice.
By letting yourself sing you discover that everything within us has a reason for being. This work brings with it the confidence and courage to dig within ourselves to bring to light what we have denied. It gives us back uniqueness, dignity and the sense of preciousness that belongs to us. What a relief to discover that fears, blocks, pain, negative judgments, wounds can dissolve through a creative and celebratory act such as singing!
The work of Voicing© Intensive is also a direct exploration of the auditory modality to learn to distinguish “hearing” from “listening”. Listening is an art that today needs to be revisited and revitalized.
It is a practice that brings experience and understanding of the true nature of verbal communication, the power of sounds and singing.
