This workshop is an invitation to access the vast spaces of silence and peace facilitated by the peculiarities of hot water. We will explore its qualities and how they affect our body, emotional and mental systems. Recent studies and discoveries in neuroscience, as well as environmental psychology and evolutionary biology, have shown how much water has beneficial influences on our entire system and in particular on the mind. Even just being close to the water arouses a sense of peace, serenity, relaxation and helps to create that sense of joy and happiness that springs from the most intimate parts of our being.
We use different Osho meditation techniques adapted to the liquid dimension, floating experiences of WATSU®, conscious breathing and experiences that, practiced in hot water in a gentle and non-invasive way, favor the emergence of spaces of abandonment, trust and inner silence.
