ODB® Advanced Training Internship

This is the second step in exploring the art, science and mystery of multidimensional breath work. 

You will go through the three weeks of the training again, as a participant, but also as an observer, being in the role of observing the participants doing the basic training. There will be a greater experiential deepening, with advanced teaching in psycho-corporal therapy and in energy work. There will also be the possibility of assisting in groups of sharing with  a leader’s supervision. You will have a daily one-hour lecture on Body Types and on the situations that, from time to time, occur during the training. You will also learn to lead and facilitate active meditations.
