In these one-hour online meetings you meditate using the breath. You explore the benefits of breath work, ground yourself in your body, reconnect with your energy flow and expand your awareness.
Breath brings you into the present moment, to feel yourself again, to rediscover your body and its needs. You generate a vitality that brings the possibility of a new adventure in your life.
You gently open your life energy flow and release some tension. You relax into the beauty of your body and its senses and experience life’s greatest gift: opening your heart to the joy of being alive.
You experience how to connect to the essential centres of the body, the Hara and the heart. The Hara is the source of life, feelings and connection to life. The Heart is the centre of inner love. You return home with acceptance and going beyond judgement.
Before the meditation there is a short introduction. After the meditation there is a short space for questions and answers or simple sharing.
Each time the experience is new and different.
