Sudhir began his spiritual studies in a yoga ashram in Kerala, while visiting India for the first time in 1986 and obtaining his teacher certification.
He went on travelling and one year later he met Osho in Pune, where he stopped for 11 years.
He participated, and later led, the Osho Counselling workshop. After years of practice in meditation, Inner Child Therapy, Bioenergetics, Breath Therapy, Group Dynamics, NLP, Hellinger Family Constellations, Stress Management and many more holistic healing techniques, he began to travel around the world to lead courses at personal growth centers in Europe and the US.
He has been facilitating Path of Love and Man’s Liberation in Osho communes in India, Germany, Sweden and Denmark for more than 25 years.
