The stress in modern life has become “pandemic” and that the effect of it in our body and mind is the cause of many issues, illness and symptoms?

Breathwork, councious movement, giving expressions of parts that we suppress, active meditation and the group context has proven to be the most effective and valued methologies to return to ourself and reconnect with our essence.

In this workshop we will recognize and let go from tensions, contractions that are held in our body expanding and rooting ourselves in our energetic and physical bodies, regaining our authenticity and our capacity to give expression to our real self and deepening in relaxation and meditation.

Moving from the past and from the conditioned mind into reconnecting again with our physical, emotional and energetical bodies. Expanding in our capacity to stay present by creating more grounding, centering and self reference as we learn more about bounderies, increasing our well being by opening our breath as we letting go from tensions and uncompleted movements not available in the past. Increasing our capacity to be more present and aware of our inner dynamics and patterns that are not needed anymore and creating a new way of being in the world

APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY

Modern and traditional methods in the world of body therapy, such breathing and expanding our breath in different spaces and giving space to complete un completed movements, and expression of parts of us that haven’t had voice, proprioceptive exercises to increase our perception of the whole body, muscular activities that brings grounding and centering, social engagement through different dynamics, normalizing and subgrouping fellings and emotions that maight emerge from the world and active meditations that will create a foundation to dive into silence.

  • Learning and practicing different meditation that you can use in your daily life to reduce stress

  • Different exercises that you can practice in your daily life to stay center, gounded, balanced and healthy
  • Learn and expand in social connection and create no judgmental spaces in your life
