THE SPRING OF VITALITY
This workshop coincides with the Easter holidays and with blossoming. Just as everything in nature is blossoming, this course stimulates the natural urge of the human being to blossom and manifest their innate vitality. This manifestation can happen when the system is relaxed and feels safe, and warm water potentially offers these conditions.
In this workshop we use hot water as the main tool to facilitate access to the beneficial dimension of pleasure and relaxed vitality, simply by making ourselves available to access the natural, innate pleasure principle that drives life.
The main objective is to recognise that within each of us there is a natural and innate capacity to orient ourselves towards life and its manifestations. Through water, this capacity is revealed and energised.

WATER EXPERIENCES NATURALLY PROMOTE THE MEDITATIVE STATE AND HAPPINESS
This workshop is for everyone, no previous experience is required. It is aimed at both those who deeply love water and those who feel afraid of it and wish to make peace with this element.
It is a light, safe, gentle workshop. It is ideal for those who are curious and open to trying out new experiences.
The main benefit of this course is to rediscover how to awaken one’s vital energy through useful practices that can also be experienced at home.
Reconnecting with the water element is a way of acquiring and fostering that ability to flow with what life brings, rediscovering within oneself the resources to face moments of crisis and change that daily life brings.
“In all the primitive tribes water symbolizes life. Life is based on water: the human body is eighty-five percent water. And life depends — the life of animals and the trees and man and birds — all life depends on water. So water was one of the basic elements to be worshipped. Just as the sun was worshipped by all primitive people, water was also worshipped; both were respected as gods. And it is significant as a metaphor also.” OSHO, The Rainbow Bridge
