Synchronicity is a notion introduced by Jung, subsequently explored in depth in the world of Osho by Leela, Prasad and Alvina, and this workshop wants to explore it.

This course is a fascinating journey to discover an invisible world: the energy field in which we are all enveloped. The work is based on the map of the chakras, pulsating energy centres within us, portals through which emotions, intuitions and vital impulses flow.
We begin to explore, experiencing how each chakra can open us up to connection with the universe, influencing and enriching every moment of our experience.
The heart, in this journey, is the gateway to this invisible network, a vibrant centre that opens us to intuition and the magic of the subtle.
In these four days, we enter the world of Synchronicity, that subtle energy that connects everything in a mysterious and perfect harmony.
In addition to the Law of Synchronicity, we discover together the map of the Donut and the essential qualities for cultivating a deep connection with ourselves, others and nature.

APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY
The approach of this introductory workshop is experiential, intuitive and deeply energetic, designed to awaken intuition and guide participants towards an authentic connection with themselves.
We use a combination of active meditations, which invite the body to move and release stuck energies, and heart meditations, which help awaken this important energy centre and develop deep presence.
Through guided visualisations, participants can explore their inner landscape and make contact with the subtle energies that animate the chakras, discovering new aspects of their being, previously hidden, that are now revealed.
During the energy explorations and chakra energy reading practices, participants are guided step by step to perceive the energy flows through the energy centres, experiencing how these influence emotions, thoughts and relationships.
This experience is supported by awareness exercises and practices of connecting with one’s own energy field and that of others, to open up to the perception of interconnectedness.
The practical and experiential approach of the course includes interactive explorations, where participants have the opportunity to share their own insights and understandings and integrate theory with a direct experience of what they are processing.
Each practice is designed to offer concrete tools that can be integrated into daily life, nurturing deeper awareness and a sense of belonging within the flow of universal synchronicity.
