EXPLORE CREATIVITY, NATURE AND MEDITATION
Have you ever wondered how to live creatively?
This weekend is the perfect opportunity to rediscover and reconnect with our innate creative potential. We immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature and open ourselves to the flow of new sensations, letting our senses guide us with an attitude of curiosity and wonder.
Through a series of activities we come into direct contact with our creative essence. We explore and practice our ability to go deeply and fully embrace the present moment.
MEDITATION
We begin our inner journey with guided meditation sessions, immersing ourselves in an oasis of calm and tranquility. Meditation helps us connect with our inner being, allowing us to free our mind from daily worries and access an inexhaustible source of inspiration and creativity.
PAINTING
We allow ourselves the luxury of freely expressing our creativity through colors and shapes on the canvas. Painting offers us a judgment-free space in which we can explore our inner world and give shape to our deepest emotions.
FOREST BATH
We immerse ourselves in the surrounding nature with a regenerating walk in the woods. Walking among the trees allows us to come into contact with the wild aspect of life, to absorb the healthy energy of nature, awakening our senses and fueling our creativity.
SENSORY WALKING
We have the opportunity to experience a sensory walk, carefully focusing on every step, sound and sensation we encounter along the way. This practice helps us center our attention in the present moment and discover the beauty hidden in the little things around us.
RELAXATION IN WARM WATER
We conclude our exploration of creativity with a relaxing warm water experience. Water has the power to soothe the mind and body, dissolve accumulated tensions and allow us to immerse ourselves completely in the present moment, ready to welcome new inspirations and creative ideas.
“Whatsoever you do, if you do it joyfully, if you do it lovingly, if your act of doing it is not purely economical, then it is creative.” OSHO, A Sudden Clash of Thunder
Participate in this experience and discover how every moment of your life can be imbued with creativity and beauty when we immerse yourself in the essence.
“Anything can be creative – you bring that quality to the activity. Activity itself is neither creative nor uncreative. You can paint in an uncreative way. You can sing in an uncreative way. You can clean the floor in a creative way. You can cook in a creative way.” OSHO, A Sudden Clash of Thunder
